We are looking for a Junior Project Operation Manager who will support the launch and operation of SEO and digital projects by coordinating domains, websites, and operational processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing domain purchases and launching new websites.
- Maintaining website records: statuses, tracking, and launch calendars.
- Organizing Google account structures and adding websites to Google Search Console (GSC).
- Managing domains: nameservers, SSL certificates, redirects, Cloudflare.
- Monitoring abuse reports, domain reactivation, or replacement.
- Creating and maintaining technical project documentation.
- Communicating with SEO and Business Development teams.
- Coordinating with the System Administrator on email and infrastructure-related tasks.
- Organizing and maintaining Google account access and structure.
- Sourcing and coordinating freelancers.
- Working with proxies, AdsPower, and service accounts.
- Controlling content population processes and handovers between teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience managing SEO or digital projects.
- Basic technical knowledge: CMS, domains, hosting, GSC, Ahrefs.
- Confident proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience working with freelancers and contractors.
- Personal qualities:
- Strong organizational skills, self-management, and attention to detail.
