WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own initiatives end-to-end: problem → solution → specs → release → impact measurement.
- Drive measurable improvement of key product metrics (conversion/retention/revenue, etc.) identify growth opportunities, build an execution plan, and deliver results.
- Build and maintain the backlog, prioritize work, and clearly communicate trade-offs.
- Work with product metrics: define initiative KPIs/OKRs, track results, and drive decisions.
- Run and analyze A/B tests/experiments/improvements.
- Turn data and feedback into insights: support tickets, reviews, interviews/surveys, in-product behavior.
- Align cross-functional teams: dev/design/QA/marketing/support, remove blockers.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Hands-on experience with mobile products (iOS/Android): shipping features and improvements, ideally with examples of measurable impact.
- Strong foundational analytics skills and ability to work with data: funnels, retention, conversion and product metrics (DAU, WAU, MAU, churn, LTV, ARPU) and also interpret results and turn them into actions.
- Ability to define problem → hypothesis → success criteria, validate via data/feedback, and summarize learnings after releases/experiments.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers (briefs, user flows, acceptance criteria).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (dev/design/QA/marketing/support): clear communication, alignment, removing blockers.
- Ability to own initiatives end-to-end: discovery → spec → delivery → measurement (Jira/Slack, concise and clear documentation).
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, Slack, product analytics (Amplitude/Firebase/GA4).
- Nice to have: experience in A/B testing, subscription/monetization or transactional flows, independent ownership of initiatives.
