Junior Operations Specialist
- We are looking for a Junior Operations Specialist for our partner team!
- This role is the operational backbone of our product team.
- As an Operations Specialist, you won't be limited to classic support tasks. You'll work at the intersection of operations, account management, content, and internal tooling, helping the team move faster, safer, and more efficiently.
- You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, ensuring our account infrastructure remains organized and reliable, and documenting all processes in a clear and easy-to-follow manner. You'll prepare materials and content for new product launches, coordinate with external partners and account providers, and support managers with day-to-day operational challenges.
- A big part of your impact will come from bringing order to complexity - identifying weak spots in processes, reducing manual work, and introducing automation where it makes sense. If you enjoy structuring chaos, improving workflows, and being the person everyone relies on to "make things work," this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Set up, configure, and maintain Apple Developer and Google Play accounts.
- Manage account infrastructure, including access rights, roles, 2FA, and account statuses.
- Maintain and continuously update operational and technical documentation.
- Prepare content and materials required for launching new products.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and support internal workflows.
- Communicate with account sellers, partners, and external service providers.
- Collaborate closely with all internal teams and support managers in operational matters.
- Monitor processes, identify risks, and ensure operational stability.
- Optimize and automate recurring workflows and routine tasks.
- Participate in building and improving internal processes and tooling.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Hands-on experience with Apple Developer Accounts and Google Play Console (setup, roles, permissions, access management).
- Understanding of account infrastructure: emails, 2FA, access levels, account statuses, transfers, and maintenance.
- Experience maintaining clear and structured operational documentation (Notion, Confluence, Google Docs).
- Ability to prepare and update content for new products (internal guides, instructions, product-related materials).
- Strong understanding of operational processes in a product-driven IT environment.
- Experience communicating with external partners (account sellers, service providers, platforms).
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, development, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Basic understanding of process automation principles.
- Experience or practical knowledge of working with APIs, tokens, and webhooks.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n (preferred), Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Ability to structure and manage data using tables, trackers, and checklists.
