We are currently looking for a Junior+/Middle AI Developer who will design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs, develop RAG pipelines and AI agents, and contribute to building intelligent features and automation tools for our products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and implement AI flows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered features — chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, semantic search.
- Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini APIs, and/or open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral).
- Develop AI agents and tool-use workflows for business automation tasks.
- Evaluate model outputs, tune prompts, and iterate on quality metrics.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Document and test solutions, experiments, and architecture decisions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Python development.
- Practical knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph (solid pet projects count).
- Understanding of RAG architecture: chunking, embedding, vector stores (Qdrant, FAISS).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured output).
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and basic backend patterns (FastAPI / Flask).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI agents (ReAct, function calling, tool use).
- Exposure to fine-tuning workflows (LoRA, PEFT, or full fine-tuning).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.
- Docker basics for containerizing AI services.
- Experience with observation tools for AI (LangSmith, langfuse).
