WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide legal support for the company’s daily operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legislative changes.
- Communicate with local consultants, lawyers, banks, agents, and other third parties from various countries.
- Draft, review, and translate legal documents (contracts, policies, official correspondence).
- Prepare KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Advise on corporate matters and provide legal opinions.
- Assist senior lawyers in handling legal tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and liquidation of foreign companies.
- Support Boosta teams in communication with their partners on legal issues.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Law degree.
- 1+ year of legal experience.
- Business fluency in English (B2 or higher).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and legal research databases.
- Experience in international corporate law and legal aspects of business operations in multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with international consultants, banks, agents, and legal professionals.
- Knowledge of KYC procedures, compliance requirements, and due diligence documentation.
- Strong legal analysis skills, ability to provide legal opinions, and work with contracts.
- Experience supporting commercial projects.
