We’re looking for a Junior HR Manager to be by the team’s side from their first “Welcome on board!” If you’re all about proactivity, warmth, and enthusiasm in every process—this role is for you 💫.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve built a team of talented professionals, growing over 10 times and launching a successful product—a webcomics platform that attracts millions of readers worldwide!

Hybrid | Kyiv Full-time | HR

Assisting newcomers through their journey from day one to full team integration.
Responding to HR inquiries and helping colleagues navigate internal processes.
Supporting the delivery of company perks and benefits.
Conducting regular 1:1 meetings, gathering insights, and preparing reports for the team.
Managing offboarding processes—meetings, exit interviews, and process closure.
Assisting with the organization of events, gifts, and corporate activities.
Maintaining a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in our Kyiv office to ensure the team enjoys their work environment.

At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Understanding of core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, one-on-one meetings, and the HR cycle.
Experience in event organization, gift planning, and office management (not mandatory, but a willingness to take on these tasks is key 😉).
Confident proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive).
Experience working with HRM systems.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Location: Based in Kyiv.
Nice to have:
Experience working in a product IT company or with technical specialists.
Familiarity with Notion or Confluence.
Hands-on experience with BambooHR.
Understanding of HR branding and internal communications.
