We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller who is eager to grow within the finance function of an IT company and gain hands-on experience with real business processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support daily financial processes of projects.
- Maintain revenue and expense accounting, including regular reconciliations with payment systems, banks, and partners to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, BS, CF) and provide analytical commentary.
- Support the budgeting process and monitor the execution of quarterly plans.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience: From 1 year of experience in Accounting or Junior Finance roles.
- Experience in IT/Subscription-based companies will be an advantage.
- Hard Skills:
- Understanding of financial statements structure (P&L, BS, CF) and core accounting principles.
- Excel / Google Sheets: strong proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF), with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, 1C, or similar).
- English: Intermediate+ (ability to read documentation and work with English-language system interfaces).
- Nice to have:
- Experience working with payment systems such as Stripe, Checkout, Adyen, or similar.
