WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Plan/launch/scale FB lead-gen campaigns for Financial vertical/Credit (primary) plus Car Insurance/Home Improvement as needed.
- Own arbitrage math: daily pacing, bid/budget moves, creative rotation; reallocate to protect marginal EPL/ROAS.
- Weekly insights: what we tested, what moved EPL/ROAS, and next bets.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Proven arbitrage mindset: buy low / sell high → optimize CPL/EPC/EPL.
- Accept Rate, Reject Rate, and margin.
- Landing-page & funnel testing (forms, multi-step, pre-qual), copywriting for compliant ads/LPs (TCPA-safe, no misleading claims).
- Strong analytical skills; fast diagnosis from channel → ad set → creative → placement.
- Comfortable with buyer integrations and KPIs (ping/post or direct post, waterfall logic, return windows).
- Revenue-driven owner’s mindset; thrives on weekly targets and fast iteration.
- Hypothesis-driven, numbers-obsessed, and calm under pressure; communicates simply and directly.
