job description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner research and outreach. Identify relevant publishers, networks, and media buyers, collect contacts, and assess their potential by GEO, traffic type, formats, and volumes.
  • Initial communication. Send outreach messages, follow up, arrange intro calls and negotiate terms while maintaining warm relationships.
  • Partner onboarding. Assist with registration, access setup, offers, links, and basic tracking-related questions.
  • Launch support. Ensure links are correctly configured, assist with creatives, and coordinate launches with the team.
  • Operational analytics. Collect and analyze core partner metrics such as clicks, leads, purchases, CR, EPC, and CPA, and prepare concise updates.
  • Traffic quality control. Identify suspicious patterns, escalate for review, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Documentation and organization. Maintain CRM records, agreements, notes, and task statuses to ensure transparency and order.
  • Team collaboration. Coordinate with the team lead and communicate with analytics and design teams.
  • New technologies. Use AI tools for research, outreach preparation, email drafting, structuring information, and analytics.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • A commercial marketing background such as UAM or Marketing Manager.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level for partner communication.
  • Basic understanding of tracking including postbacks, sub-parameters, UTM tags, and link testing.
  • Basic understanding of traffic sources such as pop, push, native, social, and associated risks.
  • Skills that will help you succeed:
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing basics.
  • Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel including filters and basic formulas.
  • Ability to quickly navigate tracking systems, generate links, verify parameters, and test events.
  • Clear and concise business communication with structured follow-ups.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and discipline in managing CRM, notes, and deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.
