💡 How the training works:
- The program runs from October 6 to November 16. We’ll meet online three times a week in the evening at 6:00 PM Kyiv time.
- All materials will be available on a user-friendly LMS platform: lecture recordings, presentations, and assignments will always be at your fingertips.
- Practicing mentors will review assignments, providing personalized feedback to help you understand your growth areas, not just complete tasks.
The program consists of two blocks:
1. Marketing Fundamentals – foundational knowledge to kickstart your journey, where you’ll learn: what marketing and digital marketing are, how to identify and work with target audiences, what paid traffic is, how to create ad creatives and marketing funnels, and how to analyze your work’s results. At the end, a group task determines your progression to the second block.
2. Specialization – Students are assigned to either Creative Marketing or User Acquisition Management based on preferences. This block includes specialized lectures and a final individual test task.
With lectures, hands-on practice, real-world cases, group projects, and over 30 hours of valuable content, this program ensures you don’t just listen—you act. Most importantly, upon completion, you’ll have the chance to receive a job offer and launch your career.
