WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Full-cycle recruitment: from hiring manager needs analysis and sourcing to offer management and candidate support.
  • Managing recruitment processes in ATS: maintaining up-to-date candidate data and recruitment information, tracking statuses, and collaborating with the team.
  • Close collaboration with Hiring Managers: aligning requirements, expectations, priorities, and providing regular updates.
  • Working with job descriptions: reviewing, improving, and selecting relevant publication channels (job boards, social media, career page).
  • Direct sourcing of candidates (local & international) using various tools and platforms.
  • Organizing and conducting interviews: pre-screens and competency-based interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Preparing and sharing structured candidate feedback.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in an IT company or recruitment agency.
  • Experience in both local and international hiring.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use them to improve hiring results.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Advanced sourcing skills: LinkedIn, Boolean search, and alternative platforms.
  • Experience closing competitive marketing positions.
  • Understanding of sourcing channels for IT and marketing specialists.
  • Experience working with ATS.
  • Knowledge of interview techniques (STAR, PARLA).
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
