WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing the company’s information space (approving newsletters, tracking communication plans).
- Writing announcements and creating regular communications (e.g., weekly digests).
- Project management of CSR initiatives, such as Ukrainian Victory Support.
- Comms Operations: filling in metrics, managing the company’s video and photo database.
- Continuously improving communication formats and introducing new ones.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in internal communications, employer branding, or PR in product companies.
- Copywriting skills (in Ukrainian and English).
- Basic project management skills (working with deadlines, planning, task setting).
- Understanding of corporate communication culture.
- Strong visual taste.
- Relevant experience using internal platforms (Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Attention to detail.
- Literacy (both linguistic and communicative).
- Critical thinking.
- Creativity.
- Appropriate communication style (ability to adapt tone to the audience).
- Initiative.
- Ability to work at a fast pace without unnecessary “smoothness” in workflows.
