What you'll be responsible for:
- Developing internal communications: managing the company's information space, overseeing Slack and other channels.
- Creating content and news: preparing announcements, updates, weekly newsletters, and more.
- Strengthening corporate culture: implementing internal projects, CSR initiatives, and programs to enhance team engagement.
- Enhancing the employer brand: launching projects that foster company culture and boost employee loyalty.
- Standardizing communications: streamlining processes, creating guidelines, and improving internal communication practices.
You're our perfect match if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in corporate communications, PR, content creation, or journalism.
- Possess strong copywriting skills, have an excellent command of Ukrainian, and English at Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Know how to set tasks for designers and understand what makes engaging content.
- Can meet deadlines and are not afraid of new challenges.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills, along with a keen eye for content trends.
