We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Lead who is ready to take responsibility for corporate communications and, in the future, lead this area.

Strategic management of internal communications: from developing and implementing the communication strategy to its further improvement.
Management and development of key areas: C-level communications, Employee Recognition, and Employer Branding.
Working on corporate culture: organization of corporate events, gifts, and entertainment activities for employees.
Content preparation: announcements, news, corporate newsletters.
Team management: after the adaptation period, you will have the opportunity to lead the team and implement your own initiatives.

Experience in corporate communications within IT, digital, or creative companies.
The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and make effective decisions.
A proactive approach, a desire to constantly improve processes and grow.
Excellent writing skills in both Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+).
