WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identifying new opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Researching niches and offers for potential launches.
- Managing daily relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
- Finding new partners and building long-term relationships with them.
- Daily monitoring and analysis of key metrics.
- Setting up integrations with partners/postbacks.
- Collecting revenue and conversion statistics.
- Signing IOs and managing large revenue volumes.
- Implementing, configuring, and maintaining TDS.
- Analyzing funnels: selecting landing pages, offers, and other elements.
- Preparing reports and developing presentations.
- Actively participating in professional events such as conferences, meetups, etc.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of relevant experience in iGaming and Betting niches.
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
- Knowledge of metrics (Clicks, Regs, FTDs, Click to Dep, Conversion rate, Deposit value, NGR, Affiliate commission (CPA + RS commission), Flat fee revenue).
- Experience working with and setting up tracking systems (Keitaro, Binom, RedTrack, etc.).
- Understanding of the player journey — from website visit to repeat deposits on the brand’s site, including its correlation with brand metrics and analysis of potential drop-off points.
- Understanding of different traffic types (SEO, PPC, Media Buying).
- Ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with external and internal partners.
- Skills in data analysis and drawing actionable conclusions from it.
