Responsibilities:
- Launch and ongoing support of key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance, development, and others.
- Support employees throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle within the company.
- Adapt and manage the HRM system (PeopleForce) to fit the needs of the business unit.
- Constant communication with managers: support, coordination, and consulting.
- Collaborate with the CEO in shaping and integrating company values.
- Implement HR Health metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience in building the HR function from scratch (policies, onboarding, knowledge base).
- Understanding of performance management systems: KPIs, frameworks, competencies.
- Ability to work with HRM systems (PeopleForce is a plus).
- Project management and process systematization skills.
- Experience in setting up processes in distributed teams.
