WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Managing the full onboarding cycle for new hires within the teams, including pre-start preparation, conducting adaptation meetings, and supporting newcomers during their first months in the company.
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with employees and managers.
- Participating in the Performance Review process and providing operational support.
- Supporting employee development and creating PDPs together with managers.
- Advising employees on HR policies and benefits.
- Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a healthy team climate.
- Preparing and conducting Exit Interviews, as well as analysing turnover reasons.
- Working in Jira and BambooHR, preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Greeting employees on special occasions and overseeing the delivery of corporate gifts.
- Participating in the organization of team-building activities and in-office celebrations.
- Creating and updating policies and documents according to department needs.
- Conducting employee surveys.
- Participating in HR projects—initiating, shaping, and developing them together with the team.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR in a similar role.
- Ability to work with HR metrics, analyse data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Practical experience conducting 1:1 meetings, Exit Interviews, and handling conflict situations.
- Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- English level of Upper Intermediate or higher, as you will be communicating with native speakers.
- Personal qualities:
- Strong communication: ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and explain complex topics in a simple way.
- Empathy: ability to support others, build trust, and work with people’s emotions.
- Conflict management: calm and constructive approach to dispute resolution and mediation.
