WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency.
- Core HR processes management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR.
- Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization.
- Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies.
- Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Bamboo HR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems.
- Strong ownership and accountability for HR processes and initiatives, with the ability to proactively drive improvements and deliver results.
- Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings.
- Ability to create and design HR policies.
- Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.).
- English at Upper Intermediate level.
- Will be a plus:
- Experience working with Confluence.
- Ability to clearly formulate requirements and prepare task descriptions for technical teams (e.g., Jira tasks), ensuring smooth implementation of HR-related processes and automation.
- Experience in fast-growing, structured companies.
