We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring clear, efficient, and well-structured HR processes across the company.
This role is not focused on regular 1-on-1s or people support. Instead, you will be responsible for HR operations, systems, and workflows that directly support people development and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Administer BambooHR and HR-related projects in Jira: manage integrations, access settings, and data synchronization.
- Configure, maintain, and continuously improve processes in Jira and BambooHR.
- Maintain HR policies: update, structure, visualize, and ensure they remain current.
- HR analytics: collect and analyze data, track key HR Ops metrics.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 1+ year of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and BambooHR or other HRIS systems (process setup, administration, system integrations).
- Experience administering HRIS systems, including access management, notifications, and configurations.
- Ability to work with HR policies.
- Strong skills in defining requirements and preparing clear technical tasks (e.g., Jira tickets) to ensure proper implementation of HR processes and automations.
- Experience working with analytics and data.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, etc.).
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Confluence.
- Experience in optimizing and automating HR processes.
- Background in fast-growing, well-structured companies.
- Personal qualities:
- Strong ability to analyze processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
