We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-structured HR processes across the company. In this role, you will become a trusted partner for the HR team, owning HR operations, systems, and workflows that directly support our people and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency.
  • Core HR processes management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR.
  • Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization.
  • Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies.
  • Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Bamboo HR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for HR processes and initiatives, with the ability to proactively drive improvements and deliver results.
  • Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings.
  • Ability to create and design HR policies.
  • Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.).
  • English at Upper Intermediate level.
  • Will be a plus:
  • Experience working with Confluence.
  • Ability to clearly formulate requirements and prepare task descriptions for technical teams (e.g., Jira tasks), ensuring smooth implementation of HR-related processes and automation.
  • Experience in fast-growing, structured companies.
