HR Business Partner
- We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will build the HR direction within the team, based on stable processes, while confidently implementing new solutions to improve the project's performance.
- We are Honeytech – a dynamic, fast-growing project within the Boosta ecosystem, already holding one of the leadership positions in the world of webcomics. Over the past 2.5 years, we’ve built a team of strong specialists, becoming one of the fastest-growing companies in Ukraine in 2022-2024. We plan to triple our growth this year, so we are looking for our first in-house HR to join the team!

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the full cycle of HR processes and implement new ones to improve the efficiency of the project and the team.
- Be responsible for the analysis of eNPS, retention levels, and engagement; develop and implement solutions to improve these metrics.
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic HR initiatives that impact the project’s development.
- Support and consult managers on team management issues.
- Organize team-building events, corporate activities, and initiatives to strengthen team spirit and employee engagement.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for managers and employees aimed at enhancing team efficiency.
- Be responsible for the corporate space in Notion, creating a structured information environment.
- Support conflict resolution and create a favorable psychological climate within the team.
- Organize the creation process of project merch, ensure comfortable working conditions in the Kyiv office, and manage office needs.
Our ideal future colleague has:
- At least 2 years of experience in the HR field. Experience in a fast-growing, systematic company with teams of 30 to 200 people is a plus.
- Experience working with HR metrics, their analysis, and the development of improvement plans.
- Knowledge of HR processes: employee engagement and onboarding, performance evaluation, motivation and engagement management, employee development and training, and employee dismissal.
- Experience organizing corporate events, team-building activities, and training for managers and employees.
- Conflict resolution skills within a team.
- Proficiency in corporate tools (Notion, MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Understanding the principles of managing office space and creating a comfortable working environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Emotional resilience and the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Focus on business processes.
- Results-oriented, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- High level of self-organization and initiative.
- Willingness to grow and implement new ideas.
