Head of VIP
- This is a new iGaming project launching on a proprietary in-house platform developed by a team with deep expertise in iGaming.
- The platform was built by a team with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in iGaming operations, including working with solutions such as SoftSwiss and other platforms. After years of using ready-made solutions, the team developed its own platform and is now launching a new brand on top of it.
- We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to build and lead a high-performing team of VIP Managers, maximize LTV of key clients, and elevate service standards across the VIP segment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep analytical skills with a focus on financial and performance metrics (LTV, Churn, NGR).
- Experience in building and optimizing processes (onboarding, escalation, communication flows).
- Ability to motivate, develop, and coach a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of stress resistance and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of high-roller client behavior.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Build and manage a team of VIP Managers (hiring, training, motivation, performance evaluation).
- Define, implement, and monitor team KPIs (Retention Rate, LTV, deposit activity, NGR per VIP).
- Analyze VIP segment performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Optimize and standardize VIP client service processes (communication, escalation, conflict resolution).
- Develop and implement retention and growth strategies for high-roller players.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to achieve business goals.
- Work directly with key and high-priority VIP clients.
- Manage and control the budget for bonuses and VIP events.
