WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Hire and organise a future customer support department.
  • Prepare the guidelines and tutorials for future support and moderation agents.
  • Collaborate with the partners' department in terms of the creators' agent management.
  • Launch the customer satisfaction surveys and propose the product enhancement.
  • Organise the individual support treatment for VIP users.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Рroven succeded niche experience (mobile social interaction platform).
  • Customer Support Platform Proficiency (workflow optimisation, tutorial preparation).
  • CRM setup experience (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
  • Support Analytics & Reporting (CSAT, FCR, and ticket-volume metrics).
  • Knowledge of AI workflow automation.
