WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hire and organise a future customer support department.
- Prepare the guidelines and tutorials for future support and moderation agents.
- Collaborate with the partners' department in terms of the creators' agent management.
- Launch the customer satisfaction surveys and propose the product enhancement.
- Organise the individual support treatment for VIP users.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Рroven succeded niche experience (mobile social interaction platform).
- Customer Support Platform Proficiency (workflow optimisation, tutorial preparation).
- CRM setup experience (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
- Support Analytics & Reporting (CSAT, FCR, and ticket-volume metrics).
- Knowledge of AI workflow automation.
