WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the product portfolio roadmap for at least a year.
- Be held accountable to the C-level for the product portfolio success.
- Work closely with other areas of the business to determine the growth drivers, risks & opportunities.
- Shape the product strategy together with the C-level and execute on it.
- Lead the team of product managers and product owners.
- Set the product goals and professional growth plans for your product team and continuously raise the bar.
- Closely monitor the quality of deliverables of your product managers and product owners, provide feedback and coach when necessary.
- Potentially launch new products or new geo.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Result-oriented and ambitious.
- Confident and instilling confidence.
- Delegate, but able to quickly drill down to the core problem and assess the quality of a decision made by your direct reports.
- An excellent communicator in both oral and written form, your arguments are backed up by the combination of data and experience.
- Demonstrated experience of pushing the bottom line of your product, we will expect you to share several cases of it.
- Experience working with C-level, defending your product strategy and keeping them happy.
- Experience managing the team of 5 product people or more.
- Experience hiring people as well as letting them go.

HOW IT WORKS
1st stage: pre-screen with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes).
2nd stage: an interview with the manager (1 hour).
3rd stage: test task.
4th stage: an interview with CPO and HR (up to 30 minutes).
5th stage: a collection of recommendations.
6th stage: job offer!
Welcome on board and our HR will introduce you to the culture and values of the company in a 2-day adaptation program.
A trial period for this position – 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together. Also, a mentor from your team will help you, so that everything will be with the least stress and joy.
