Head of Product
- Honeytech is a fast-scaling, ambitious project that has already secured a leading position in the webcomics market. We’re building the world’s first non-Asian platform for the production and distribution of webtoons. Over the past three years, we’ve assembled a high-performing team and achieved 10x growth. In 2025, we aim to triple our scale once again — and to do that, we're looking for a strong Head of Product to drive the next stage of our evolution.
- As Head of Product, you will take ownership of the platform's development strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead initiatives aimed at improving key performance metrics such as LTV, Conversion Rate, Consumption Rate, Retention, and Cancel Rate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product area management (pricing, user segmentation, content consumption, recommendation system, retention).
- Responsibility for improving key metrics (LTV, Cancel Rate, CR, Lead2Payer, VAMP rate, # of Episodes per Reader).
- Product team management (after successfully passing the probation period).
- Product user segmentation.
You’re our perfect match if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a product IT company.
- Exceptional success in improving metrics — LTV, conversion rate, consumption metrics, and retention.
- Experience in setting tasks for the team and managing their execution. Experience managing a technical team is a plus.
- Understanding of subscription-based monetization models and experience working with payment infrastructure.
- Ability to independently design, run, and interpret A/B tests as a tool for making product decisions.
- Strong commercial thinking and the ability to shape and communicate product value to users.
- Strategic thinking and a helicopter view: ability to go beyond current tasks and work toward high-level goals.
- Result-oriented with a passion to grow metrics — we believe a true product specialist enjoys this aspect of their work.
- Curiosity and proactivity — constantly asking “what if?” and testing new approaches to boost metrics.
- Product mindset with an understanding of sales — you feel how the value proposition affects users and how product changes can improve conversions.
- Analytical skills — you work confidently with numbers, interpret metrics, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Value-driven — it’s important to you that the product is useful and that your actions have a real impact on the business and users.
