In the role of Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Be responsible for the growth of the company's revenue and customer base.
  • Manage existing acquisition channels, including Google, Bing, Meta, and SEO.
  • Identify and launch new growth channels.
  • Own the marketing unit economics.
  • Improve the efficiency of existing funnels.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on growth initiatives.
  • Hire, develop, and strengthen the marketing team.
  • Shape the company's scaling strategy.
  • Make decisions based on data and cohort analytics.
  • Identify and eliminate growth bottlenecks across the business.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Has hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of $500k+/month in the US market.
  • Has experience scaling B2C businesses through performance marketing.
  • Has a deep understanding of subscription business models.
  • Can build forecasts based on cohort analysis.
  • Understands LTV, CAC, Payback Period, Contribution Margin, and Unit Economics.
  • Has experience working with long monetization cycles and delayed revenue.
  • Has strong analytical skills and is proficient with BI tools.
  • Has experience managing CRM, Email, and SMS marketing.
  • Understands sales funnels involving call centers and sales teams.
  • Has experience hiring, developing, and managing marketing teams.
  • Has experience launching new verticals, products, or growth channels.
  • Can quickly move from strategy to hands-on execution.
