As the Head of HRBP, you will have a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes by aligning HR processes with strategic company goals. You will be responsible for building an autonomous and mature HR function within Business Units, ensuring clear alignment between the holding and individual BUs, standardizing key HR processes, and developing HR Business Partners as independent, strategic business partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead and develop the HR Business Partnering function (10 people), including building and evolving the HRBP model in line with holding and Business Unit strategies.
- Ensure alignment of HR approaches across the holding and Business Units while adapting to different business contexts and maturity levels.
- Define and implement unified standards for HR service delivery, core processes, tools, and metrics.
- Manage and develop the HRBP team, enabling HRBPs to operate as autonomous, strategic partners to their Business Units.
- Partner with top management and business leaders on key people and organizational initiatives.
- Build strong collaboration with HR Operations, fostering systemization, reporting, and a data-driven HR culture.
- Identify and address business needs through HR diagnostics, translating insights into effective HR solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and people analytics, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Ensure succession planning and continuity within the HRBP function.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as a Senior HR Business Partner, with experience leading HRBP / People Partner teams and 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong strategic capability and proven experience partnering with C-level / VP leadership as a trusted HR advisor.
- Solid expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt HR approaches to different business models and maturity levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn people's data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience in high-growth or transformation-driven environments is highly preferred.
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
- Will be a plus
- Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles.
- A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working with startups and understanding different business specifics.
