WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Trusted Advisor to Shareholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for shareholders across a wide range of personal and business-related matters.
- Manage complex cases requiring coordination between personal and corporate interests.
- Advisory & Solution Management
- Lead decision-making within the area of core expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional advisory work across tax, banking, wealth management, and other relevant domains.
- Evaluate and challenge recommendations from external advisors and consulting firms.
- Family Office Leadership & Operations
- Design and manage the Family Office operating model, including service delivery, prioritization, governance, and performance measurement.
- Develop and evolve the Family Office service portfolio in line with stakeholder needs.
- Build, lead, and scale the Family Office team as the function grows.
- Corporate Integration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Build effective partnerships with corporate functions and senior leaders to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration.
- Establish clear engagement models between the Family Office and corporate teams.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Build and manage a network of external advisors, including legal, tax, banking, investment, and other specialized service providers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, scope definition, and vendor performance management.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Substantive depth in at least one of the following areas:
- Private client law and succession;
- International tax structuring;
- Private banking and wealth management.
- Cross-Functional Advisory Management:
- Ability to effectively coordinate and challenge external advisors across multiple domains, including tax, legal, banking, investment, and wealth planning.
- Family Office Operations & Leadership:
- Experience building, managing, or scaling service-oriented functions beyond pure advisory work. Strong operational mindset with experience leading teams, managing external vendors.
- Experience Supporting Founders, Principals, and Wealthy Families:
- Significant experience working directly with founders, business owners, or high-net-worth principals on personal financial, structural, and life-strategic matters.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, both written and spoken.
