Head of Content
- We are looking for a Head of Content to join the team of cool professionals at the Honeytech project - one of the fastest-growing platforms with webcomics for male audience in the world.
- This is a key position in the team reporting directly to the CEO, where you will manage the content strategy and content department of one of the market leaders, build the first comics studio in Ukraine, and one of the first in the region between France and Korea.

Tasks for the new colleague:
- Management of the content department team;
- Creation of own comics production (hiring producers, writers, illustrators);
- Close collaboration with the CEO to shape the content strategy;
- Management of the content plan (release dates for new comics and episodes);
- Management of partnerships with international studios and content providers;
- Management of license agreements and IP rights;
- Work with analytics to evaluate content effectiveness on the platform and in marketing.
We are currently looking for a professional who has:
- Significant achievements in content creation and management;
- Proven achievements in managing people of various specialties in content creation (teams involved in the creation of videos, games, statics, etc.);
- Knowledge of content and product metrics;
- Ability to work with contractors and business partners;
- Willingness to work with adult content.
