We are Honeytech, a dynamic, rapidly growing project that holds a leading position in the global webcomics industry. Over the past 3 years, we’ve assembled a team of top professionals, growing over 10 times, and we plan to triple our metrics this year. That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague to join us. We’ve been profitable for a long time and are now in a scaling phase.

Remote Full-time | Analytics

Team management and scaling: Organize the efficient work of the current team of 4 analysts, improving productivity and task quality, developing their expertise, and fostering team collaboration. Recruit new talent to double the team size within the next year, creating a stable system for onboarding, development, and retention.
Building a modern analytical infrastructure: Ensure the stability and scalability of analytical systems, implement new tools and technologies to deliver faster and more accurate business insights.
Making analytics a key decision driver: Dive into complex cases personally, improve forecast accuracy, model building, and hypothesis validation to deliver a new level of analytical solutions for the business.
Building business partnerships: Become a strategic partner for stakeholders, helping the business make data-driven decisions, increasing the impact of analytics on key business metrics, and creating a transparent task prioritization system.

Have 4+ years of experience in analytics and 2+ years in team and process management.
Are proficient in Tableau, SQL, and Python, with a strong understanding of analytical infrastructure.
Have experience working with advertising networks, tracking, and data transfer.
Possess practical skills in conducting A/B tests.
Can transform data into valuable business solutions and communicate complex analytical information clearly.
Nice to have: Deep knowledge of attribution and experience managing processes according to ITIL.
