WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement an inbound marketing strategy: content, website, social media, advertising.
  • Manage all funnel stages: lead generation, warm up, analytics, optimization.
  • Plan and oversee the launch of advertising campaigns: drafting technical tasks for contractors, hypothesis testing, and result analysis.
  • Coordinate website development work (together with UX/UI, development, and content).
  • Build a lead generation system on an ongoing basis.
  • Promote team expertise on external platforms.
  • Create a content strategy for the website, social media, and events.
  • Test new hypotheses to find effective acquisition channels and analyze the results.
  • Coordinate the work of contractors and the content team: designers, copywriters, content creators.
  • Maintain reports and calculate the efficiency of channels (CPL, CPA, CAC, LTV).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on traffic growth and lead generation.
  • Understanding of how digital channels work (SEO, content marketing, advertising, social media).
  • Project management skills: creating technical tasks for performers and contractors, ensuring quality results.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams: developers, SEO specialists, designers, and copywriters.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Basic proficiency with analytics, design, and AI-based content generation tools.
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
