WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Running A/B tests to increase conversion: hypothesis creation → launch → analysis → implementation of winning solutions.
- Optimizing web flows: landing page → quiz → paywall → purchase.
- Prioritizing CRO hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and test results.
- Analyzing competitor pricing, paywall logic, and offers as sources for new experiments.
- Working with key metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV) to guide experimentation and scaling decisions.
- Close collaboration with the CEO and Head of Product on launching and iterating web funnel experiments.
- Cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and an analyst to implement experiments and improve funnels.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 3+ years of experience in growth / CRO / product-oriented marketing within B2C subscription products.
- Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing: hypothesis building, experiment design, execution, and analysis.
- Proven track record of improving purchase conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with web flows: landing pages, quiz funnels, and paywall flows.
- Experience analyzing key product metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV) to evaluate experiment performance.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, or similar).
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in Health & Fitness or Wellness niches.
- Experience scaling successful A/B tests across multiple products or funnels.
- Experience using spy tools (SimilarWeb, SensorTower, Ads Library) for market and competitor analysis.
