Our teams work on high-load web projects featuring complex business logic, SEO/PPC initiatives, and data-driven solutions. We are currently expanding our WebTech Engineering direction and are looking for a Senior Engineer who is ready to take on greater responsibility, influence technical decisions, and help the team grow stronger.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Designing the architecture of new projects and evolving existing systems.
- Working with multiple teams (6 teams, 15+ developers) by providing technical support and expertise.
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and supporting developers in solving complex technical challenges.
- Troubleshooting and resolving non-trivial technical issues.
- Communicating with stakeholders and translating business goals into effective technical solutions.
- Building, optimizing, and automating development workflows (local development, deployment, CI/CD, project adaptation).
- Improving development and delivery processes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- A Senior Engineer who is motivated to influence architecture, processes, and overall quality.
- Confidence in taking ownership and working effectively in uncertain or evolving environments.
- A passion for helping other developers and sharing knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A desire to grow into a Tech Lead / Technical Owner role rather than a people management position.
