WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain a clear duties and responsibilities matrix, continuously optimizing team structure.
- Create, implement, and enhance internal processes and documentation related to compliance, billing, and risk management.
- Define quarterly objectives and consistently monitor team performance and goal fulfillment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and individual (1-to-1) sessions to review progress, manage tasks, and provide mentorship.
- Oversee and manage complex compliance issues, providing guidance and immediate support in critical and urgent cases.
- Act as an internal consultant for various teams on matters related to online payment acceptance.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing monthly updates on compliance and payment processes.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with payment service providers, managing merchant and business accounts.
- Support Compliance Specialists during the KYC process and the opening of business and merchant accounts.
- Advise senior management on strategic issues related to bank account opening, KYC verifications, and related compliance matters.
- Collaborate closely with the Treasury team to evaluate and implement current and new payment solutions across Boosta projects.
- Oversee and maintain the affiliate partner verification process, ensuring robust compliance checks.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on partner management or key account management, and at least 2+ years of experience.
- Experience analyzing transaction data, identifying trends, and producing actionable insights (e.g., approval rates, decline reasons, fraud patterns).
- Awareness of industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI DSS).
- Highly skilled and motivated to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Quick apprehension, excellent logical, analytical, and strategic skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with attention to detail.
- Experience working and thriving in a remote environment.
