WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Adjust budgets and monitor deviations.
- Expense record.
- Form and maintain tables with the financial needs of the team.
- Monitor the receipt of payments.
- Search and test new payment solutions.
- Provide payment solutions for the team.
- Financial support and replenishment of Google Ads accounts.
- Manage financial flows, including credit lines.
- Close and open Google Ads accounts.
- Purchase advertising accounts.
- Register accounts in affiliate programs.
- Register, monitor, and control the operation of services.
- Manage domains and email services (purchasing/closing).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 1+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or financial control.
- Understanding of basic financial accounting principles and expense control.
- Ability to work with financial reports.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
- Experience working with Google Ads accounts (opening, replenishing, closing) - will be a plus.
- Knowledge of processes for registering and managing affiliate accounts - will be a plus.
- Experience working with Jira, Airtable, and other tracking systems - will be a plus.
