WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Organizing corporate events end-to-end: Boosta birthdays, New Year parties, office masterclasses, and other special formats.
- Developing the strategy for all internal events — from concept to execution.
- Planning and executing team-building activities — both online and offline, in Ukraine and abroad.
- Analyzing event performance, gathering feedback, and constantly exploring new formats and ideas.
- Supporting other communication projects when needed: collaborations with well-known Ukrainian brands, gift brainstorming sessions, and more.
You’re our perfect match if you:
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in organizing various types of events.
- Have a trusted network of vendors and know how to manage event budgets.
- Know that team buildings aren’t just about fun — they’re a powerful team development tool.
- Are fluent in Ukrainian and speak English at an Intermediate+ level or higher.
- Can juggle multiple tasks and keep things organized under pressure.
- Stay ahead of trends, generate fresh ideas, and understand the power of details.
- Have strong soft skills: proactivity, ownership, structure, and excellent organization.
- Want to create events that truly connect with people and make a lasting impact.

A few important things to know:
This role is Kyiv-based, as most of our events happen here. However, daily office presence is not required — you’re free to work remotely most of the time. Just be ready for occasional business trips across Ukraine and abroad.
