WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Participate in creating and implementing Boosta’s employer brand strategy, and keep the positioning and EVP of our holding’s businesses up to date.
- Organize the company’s participation in industry events: from partnership approvals to designing creative booth concepts.
- Organize in-house events (meetups, conferences, internships) and collaborations that will get the IT market talking.
- Develop our Awards direction.
- Continuously look for new approaches and ideas, launch creative campaigns to promote the employer brand.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in employer branding, PR, or communications.
- You know the Ukrainian IT market well and can build win-win relationships with stakeholders.
- You have copywriting skills.
- You understand how employer branding impacts business goals, can define relevant KPIs, and present results.
- You’re fluent in Ukrainian and have B1+ level English.
- You think strategically, generate great ideas, and love what you do.
- You live in Kyiv.
