- Currently, we are looking for a Employer Brand Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.
- Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

As a Employer Brand Manager, your challenges will include:
- Building a positive company image for candidates and strengthening our EVP in the market.
- Working with media, articles, interviews, and industry conferences.
- Launching content initiatives to attract specialists (articles, professional platforms, etc.).
- Developing and managing our corporate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Managing the company page on DOU (updating information, team photos, page design) and the corporate website.
- Creating content during our events (occasionally involving trips to Kyiv, Warsaw, or Wrocław).
- Collaborating with the HR team on the creation of corporate merchandise.
- Optionally participating in the organization of our educational schools.
We are looking for a specialist who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in employer branding, PR, or communications.
- Has experience working with SMM.
- Possesses strong copywriting skills.
- Has a strong understanding of EVP in IT companies within the Ukrainian market.
- Understands how employer branding impacts business goals and can define relevant performance metrics.
- Has strong organizational skills.
- Has Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
