WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be responsible for one or several domains and have the freedom to implement different ideas to increase key product metrics.
- Create and maintain automated multichannel campaigns via email, push, SMS across all customer journey stages.
- Build a strategy for growth revenue share of the email channel, and retention in your project.
- Analyze and report on campaigns, make inferences to improve future performance.
- Optimize existing flows to improve deliverability, open and click rates, and conversion on all stages of the product funnel.
- You will take full control and responsibility for one of our domains. You will have a lot of users to test your hypothesis or ideas.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Manual email campaigns.
- Crafting triggered campaigns.
- CRM strategies: personalization, segmentation.
- Activation and reactivation of users.
- Strong knowledge of deliverability.
- Contacts base hygiene.
- Data analytics: performance metrics, behavioral and demographic data.
- Email template crafting/editing (Drag and Drop App Builder).
- Experience with web push, SMS, and other channels will be an advantage.
