Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy.
- Create and manage email campaigns (manual, automated, triggered).
- Content creation (banners, CTAs, bonus offers).
- In-depth analytics and audience segmentation.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels.
- Develop and implement RFM analysis.
- A/B testing (subject lines, design, content).
- Documentation of processes and test results.
- Develop email infrastructure (multiple domains, deliverability).
- Integrate email marketing into the overall retention strategy.
- Communicate with affiliates regarding bonus offers.
- Optimize and implement successful practices into templates.
- Ensure compliance with Google requirements and iGaming trends.
- Create reporting systems and track key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Retention, FTDs).
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing (B2C/Consumer Services).
- Experience in building email strategies and scaling the channel.
- Confident use of email platforms (Brevo/Mailchimp).
- In-depth understanding of metrics and analytics.
- Experience with triggered email campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for template adaptation.
- Experience with Google Sheets, basic SQL (will be a plus).
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Understanding of the technical infrastructure of email marketing and Google’s requirements.
- Experience in iGaming or with affiliate programs (will be an advantage).
- Experience in team management (will be an advantage).
- Experience in building processes from scratch (will be an advantage).
- Basic skills in Figma (will be an advantage).
- Understanding of retention marketing principles (will be an advantage).
