Your focus will include:
- Planning and launching email campaigns.
- Audience segmentation.
- Setting up automated flows.
- Email content creation.
- Running A/B tests.
- Campaign performance analysis.
- Quality control of campaign launches.
- Development of the email channel.
- Maintenance and improvement of email infrastructure.
You’re our ideal candidate if you:
- Strong understanding of email marketing as a channel (triggered and promotional campaigns, logic and segmentation of contact databases).
- Experience in audience segmentation.
- Experience with A/B testing (hypothesis formulation, testing subject lines, content, CTAs, timing, etc.).
- Understanding of deliverability principles (domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, spam complaints, bounce management, engagement signals).
- Analytical skills (understanding key email metrics such as open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate, and ability to draw insights).
- Experience working with content (copywriting, preparing briefs for designers, structuring emails and offer logic, CTAs).
- Basic technical knowledge (HTML email development, responsiveness, use of variables in emails, etc.).
- Tools: SendGrid, eSputnik, Customer.io, Braze, MailGun, HubSpot, Google PostMaster Tools, Google Sheets / Excel, Warmy.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in retention marketing.
- Strong analytical background.
- Hands-on deliverability experience.
- Experience in performance-driven industries.
