WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to incoming customer chats, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions via chat and phone, and manage case follow-ups.
  • Handle payment-related issues, including processing refunds, resolving payment issues, and verifying user accounts.
  • Collaborate with writers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage tasks within the CRM system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats, calls, and emails.
  • A natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues positively.
  • Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard.
  • Is proactive and goal-oriented, always aiming to achieve more and lead by example.
