WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Respond to incoming customer chats, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions via chat and phone, and manage case follow-ups.
- Handle payment-related issues, including processing refunds, resolving payment issues, and verifying user accounts.
- Collaborate with writers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Manage tasks within the CRM system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Has a strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) to communicate effectively with our clients across chats, calls, and emails.
- A natural problem solver, ready to listen, understand, and resolve client issues positively.
- Is empathetic and personable, making clients feel valued and heard.
- Is proactive and goal-oriented, always aiming to achieve more and lead by example.

- 56 Flexible Hours: Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we offer a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle: Morning (7:00–15:00), Day (15:00–23:00), Mid (18:00–2:00), and Night (23:00–7:00).
- Please note that shifts are rotated — you won’t be working the same shift every day. Your weekly schedule will include a mix of different shifts, and at least one night shift per week is mandatory.
