WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- CRO strategy planning – user funnel analysis, identifying bottlenecks, building an optimization roadmap.
- Independent project ownership – landing page redesign, registration form optimization, testing user mechanics.
- Deep behavioral analytics – heatmaps, cohort analysis, segmentation.
- A/B testing – experiment design, sample size calculation, statistical analysis, decision implementation.
- Cross-functional collaboration – briefing designers on creatives, tasking developers with technical implementation.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of CRO/Product Manager experience with proven results.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, statistics, analytics tools, CSS/HTML/JS.
- Experience with high-load products (230k+ MAU).
- Independence in decision-making and project management.
- Motivation to grow expertise in the gambling industry.
- What success looks like after 1 year:
