WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • CRO strategy planning – user funnel analysis, identifying bottlenecks, building an optimization roadmap.
  • Independent project ownership – landing page redesign, registration form optimization, testing user mechanics.
  • Deep behavioral analytics – heatmaps, cohort analysis, segmentation.
  • A/B testing – experiment design, sample size calculation, statistical analysis, decision implementation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – briefing designers on creatives, tasking developers with technical implementation.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • 2+ years of CRO/Product Manager experience with proven results.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing, statistics, analytics tools, CSS/HTML/JS.
  • Experience with high-load products (230k+ MAU).
  • Independence in decision-making and project management.
  • Motivation to grow expertise in the gambling industry.
  • What success looks like after 1 year:
  • Consistent growth of key conversion metrics.
  • Established expertise in gambling CRO – one of the highest-paying niches.
