In the CRM / Email Marketing Specialist position, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and configuring triggered communication flows with players through Email/Push/SMS channels.
  • Creating and maintaining corporate email templates, filling them with content, and configuring, checking, and testing them before sending.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns and communications on a daily basis, tracking promotional KPIs, and developing hypotheses to improve them.
  • Segmenting and filtering players, as well as implementing segmentation rules in triggered communications.
  • Achieving high Open Rate, Delivery Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate metrics, working with Soft/Hard Bounce, and monitoring and resolving sender domain reputation issues.
  • Conducting A/B tests and validating hypotheses to improve CRM financial performance metrics, including Conversion, LTV, Churn Rate, Retention %, etc.
  • Assigning tasks to graphic designers, copywriters, and the promotions team, and monitoring their execution.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on key communication channels.

  • Experience in Email Marketing.
  • Work with Push, SMS.
  • Customer.io.
  • Google/Yahoo/Outlook Postmaster & Best Practices.
  • CRM Retention.
