WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Are passionate about webtoons, manga, and Korean storytelling.
- Have experience writing creative stories.
- Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Are comfortable working with 18+ content.
- Have screenwriting experience (TV, film/series scripts, comics, or webtoons).
- Understand story structure, conflict, character archetypes, and the three-act structure.
- Soft skills that will help you succeed:
- Effective time management — the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality and to plan writing and editing processes rationally.
- Team collaboration in a creative environment — the ability to co-create, develop colleagues’ ideas, and contribute to a strong joint product rather than only an individual project.
- Flexibility — openness to feedback and readiness to adapt to story changes, style adjustments, or new creative directions.
