Creative Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who will help shape the creative direction of the product and, over time, grow into a Creative Lead / Head of Creative Team role for a new product within the Boosta ecosystem that builds a data-driven product in the field of cognitive and intellectual abilities assessment and development. This role is for someone who is interested not only in creating creatives but also in influencing product growth, conversions, and marketing strategy, working at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Organizing the creative process end-to-end: from research and ideation to clear task formulation.
- Collaborating with the production team to transform ideas into ready-to-launch creatives.
- Identifying new positioning approaches that help the product stand out in the market.
- Building creative frameworks for variations, refreshing top-performing concepts, developing USPs, and analyzing performance results.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Strong research skills: ability to find relevant insights, filter information effectively, and adapt findings to product needs.
- At least 3 months of experience in creative marketing or related fields.
- English level B2+.
- Ability to clearly brief and communicate tasks to designers.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation — mandatory.
