WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Cyclical production of high-performing video creatives.
- Analyzing creatives based on key metrics: Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d.
- Developing hypotheses for new concepts and iterations based on data insights.
- Hiring video editors and motion designers.
- Communicating with designers, setting technical tasks, overseeing execution, and approving final work.
- Analyzing competitors’ creatives using spy tools.
- Adapting creatives to various platforms, formats, traffic sources, policies, and localizations.
- Increasing the moderation pass rate of creatives across different traffic sources.
- Independently launching creatives in ad accounts to understand moderation processes and determine which concepts generate spend—and why others do not.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytical tools and spy services.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of core marketing metrics (Spend, CPA, ROAS 0d).
- Basic understanding of ad account operations.
- Familiarity with moderation policies and processes across various traffic sources.
