Your future responsibilities will include:
- Conduct analysis of market trends and competitors, identify key trends to create advertising creatives, growth opportunities, and scaling potential.
- Collaborate with product and user acquisition teams to ensure effective planning and execution of goals.
- Implement and develop innovative and successful creative methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current creatives and develop strategies to improve results.
- Experiment with various creative ideas and formats to find optimal strategies.
- Manage a team of creative marketers after successfully completing the probation period.
Our ideal future producer has:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in key performance indicators of performance marketing.
- Skills in conducting competitive analysis using market monitoring tools, with the ability to generate original concepts based on research findings.
- Experience working with platforms such as Facebook / Snapchat / TikTok (will be a plus).
- Effective communication skills for clearly formulating technical tasks for designers.
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Knowledge of Figma / Photoshop (will be a plus).
- Innovative and data-driven thinking.
- Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to propose new concepts to achieve optimal results.
