WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be responsible for the flow of creatives creation and creative performance metrics (success rate, new concepts, traffic volume).
- Generate creative ideas and new concepts.
- Manage the creative team (creative marketers and designers).
- Hire/fire new people in your creative team.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 1 year of experience in a creative marketing team as a Creative Marketing Specialist or Creative Producer.
- Experience in generating creatives that had a good spend (from $1k daily).
- Experience working in a product company in Tier 1 markets.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
