Creative Marketing Manager
- We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager for Eated. It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Generating new ad creative ideas - testing what resonates with the audience.
- Testing AI tools to enhance creative performance and efficiency.
- Analyzing marketing funnels and competitor creatives (both direct and indirect) across different traffic channels. Based on this, you’ll create clear briefs for the design team.
- Deeply understanding our audience—their pain points, triggers, and needs (working closely with co-founders and analytics).
- Proposing hypotheses, prioritizing them, and running tests with the team. You'll also be responsible for launching and analyzing A/B tests - understanding what works and what needs improvement.
- Optimizing creatives using data - if something doesn’t work, we change our approach rather than just designing “pretty pictures.”
- Evaluating performance based on CTR, CPA, ROAS, Retention - not just by thinking, “this looks nice.”
- Moving fast, analyzing, and improving - we care about results, not process for the sake of process.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience in Creative / Performance Marketing.
- Ability to analyze competitors quickly and adapt successful strategies for our audience.
- Proven experience in creating effective ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Critical thinking and an analytical approach—creatives should drive results, not just look good.
- Data-driven mindset - you should understand and interpret key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Independence and initiative - no one will dictate what to do; we expect you to generate ideas and solutions yourself.
- English level B2+ - we operate in the U.S. market.
- Experience in mobile marketing (nice to have).
- Background in product companies or startups (nice to have).
- Knowledge of performance marketing or growth marketing (nice to have).
- Experience working with AI tools for creative analysis and generation (MidJourney, RunwayML, etc.) (nice to have).
- Ability to work with video creatives and an understanding of trends in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Ads (nice to have).
- Basic copywriting skills - the ability to write compelling headlines and ad copy (nice to have).
