WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Experience working with creatives in a product IT business or in performance marketing — Must.
- Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and principles of working with creatives for various channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Skills in conducting and analyzing competitive research (Meta Ads Library, Ad Heart, TikTok Creative Center, etc.).
- Ability to form hypotheses and brief designers/copywriters.
- Basic proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Excel/Sheets).
- Ability to present ideas and justify creative decisions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Generate and test creative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze trends in advertising creatives.
- Form hypotheses and create briefs for designers and copywriters.
- Evaluate creative performance based on marketing metrics.
