WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Editing scripts to ensure strong structure, clear direction, and sustained engagement.
- Writing clearly structured scripts for titles (at least one episode per week).
- Providing writers with clear, practical, and motivating feedback to improve story quality and narrative pacing.
- Managing writers’ rooms, coordinating team workflows, and supporting the development of new high-performing stories.
- Collaborating with marketing and writing teams through regular calls to align strategy, priorities, and creative ideas.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Excellent scriptwriting skills.
- Strong experience in script editing (script doctoring) and a deep understanding of dramaturgy.
- Experience managing writers’ rooms and coordinating creative teams.
- Nice to have:
- Confident knowledge of scene blocking and storyboarding.
- Soft skills that will help you succeed:
- Time management and responsibility — the ability to plan work effectively, meet deadlines, and take ownership of each stage of the writing process.
- Openness and fast learning — readiness to embrace new ideas, quickly master new tools, and continuously improve your skills.
