In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing brand communication and positioning tactics for the assigned domain and satellites in line with the brand content strategy, taking into account the resources and capabilities of SEO, email marketing, PR/SMM, link building, and product teams.
- Cooperating with the SEO, PR/SMM, email marketing and link-building teams to develop, agree on and adhere to content plans, deadlines and budgets within the respective domain and satellites.
- Coordinating, planning and managing the creation of web, PR, social media and other types of content in line with the approved content strategy and brand tone of voice.
- Conducting content quality assessment across the assigned domain and satellites.
- Brief editing (20–25/mo).
- Brief template creation.
- Handling content-related tasks: editing, on-page editing, fact-checking, translating, proofreading based on SEO parameters (~120,000 words/mo).
- Managing web content writing/AI copywriting with regard to SEO requirements (communicating with freelance writers and niche experts, keeping account of charges, maintaining the prescribed content quality level).
- Managing a remote team of freelancers/authors.
- Assembling freelance specialists (when relevant).
- Cooperating with SEO specialists, Product Manager, Web Designers, PR and SMM specialists to deliver all-round high-quality content for the website.
Must-have experience:
- Proven proficiency in English (C1) and German (B2-C1) (both at an Advanced level).
- 1.5-years experience in writing/editing web content (landing pages, articles).
- Experience in hiring and managing freelancers (writers, editors).
- Experience in working with AI/LLMs.
