Content Operations Manager (Part-time) | Honeytech

Currently, we are looking for a Content Operations Manager to join our product IT company Honeytech, which is developing a platform in the webcomics industry and producing unique content for it.

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we’ve gathered over 15 million users, challenged giants from South Korea, and proven that it’s possible to build a world-class product from Ukraine.

Managing content operations by uploading video content to the platform through the admin panel and controlling episode releases across multiple localizations.
Packaging content by creating and editing descriptions, preparing previews, covers, categories, and tags.
Supporting A/B testing initiatives for covers and descriptions in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Monitoring content quality and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Identifying content-related issues and coordinating with Development and QA teams to resolve them.
Maintaining content accuracy and consistency across the platform.

Feels comfortable working with routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Enjoys working with video content and content management processes.
Has confident Google Sheets skills.
Has Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Is highly organized and capable of following structured workflows.
Will be a strong plus if you:
Have experience as a Content Moderator, Support Specialist, or Chat Support Agent.
Have experience working in product companies or similar digital industries.
Have hands-on experience with CMS platforms and admin panels.
