Content Manager (Freelance)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Content Manager who will ensure fast, accurate deployment of new websites and manage the full content creation workflow through our internal tools. If you are disciplined, tech-savvy, and confident working with automation and LLMs — this role is for you.

Remote Freelance | Content

Ensuring high-speed and error-free deployment of new informational websites and/or website pages.
Managing the full cycle of content creation and website/page publication, including:
Data parsing (semi-automated content scrapers). Tools: Google Chrome & Firefox + extensions + Google Sheets.
Validating the results of the parsing step and launching automation.
Validating the output generated by automation.
Creating a company record in the internal CRM and filling out the company card using LLM-generated data from the previous step.
Based on the company card, creating a website using the CRM and its visual builder. No website development skills required — the entire process is executed through a user-friendly interface.

Discipline & Organization: Ability to strictly follow procedures, maintain workflow accuracy, and keep spreadsheets and CRM data structured without deviations.
Autonomy & Learning Ability: Ability to independently learn and implement workflows based on documentation. Readiness to quickly adjust workflow algorithms when required.
SEO Awareness: Solid understanding of On-Page optimization. Ability to work with headings, meta tags, and content structure to ensure ranking for branded queries.
Tech-Savviness: Ability to efficiently use tools as part of a unified workflow. High computer proficiency (hotkeys, fast navigation).
Basic Prompt Engineering: Ability to formulate precise tasks for LLMs to fill missing data and verify content quality generated by automation.
