Content Manager
- We are looking for a talented Content Specialist to join Boosta and help scale the content direction for international markets.
- This role involves close collaboration with SEO, Product, Design, PR, and SMM teams, as well as freelance authors. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality web content that meets both brand and SEO standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Edit and create content briefs.
- Develop brief templates.
- Handle content-related tasks: editing, on-page editing, fact-checking, translation, and proofreading according to SEO requirements.
- Manage web content and AI-assisted copywriting processes.
- Communicate with freelance writers and niche experts while ensuring content quality.
- Manage a remote team of freelancers/authors.
- Source and onboard freelance specialists when needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Advanced English (C1) and European Spanish (B2–C1).
- 1.5+ years of experience in writing or editing web content (landing pages, articles).
- Experience hiring and managing freelance writers or editors.
- Experience working with AI/LLM tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO content requirements.
